Alessia Russo recently joined an exclusive club of Gunners to score 50 times in the famous red and white with her double in the second leg of our UEFA Women's Champions League tie against OH Leuven.
Our no.23 opened the scoring on the night with her 49th goal for the club, before wrapping up the 7-1 aggregate win with her 50th. Alessia's latest brace came two-and-a-half years after her first two Arsenal goals, scored against Paris FC in Champions League qualifying in September 2023.
The England international has scored many memorable goals for us, including her first WSL goal for the club, a 94th-minute winner against Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium in October 2023.
