Eddie Howe will give record signing Jordon Ibe all the time he needs to hit full stride at Bournemouth.
Cherries boss Howe defended the £15million summer capture from Liverpool following his slow start to his south coast career, backing the 20-year-old to come good in time.
Ibe wasted a gilt-edged chance in Sunday's 1-0 defeat at West Ham, squaring inside when through on goal, but Howe remains unperturbed by his new man's start.

'We'll need time to see the very best of Jordon Ibe here, but I'm very excited about his future,' said Howe.
