There have been teams that have called the Chicago Bears about potentially trading for wide receiver DJ Moore, but there might be one that general manager Ryan Poles should have on speed dial.
NFL insider Tom Pelissero reported that the New England Patriots have informed wide receiver Stefon Diggs that he will be released when the new league year begins. Diggs spent only one year with the Patriots after also playing for the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills, and Houston Texans.
New England is left with a massive hole at wide receiver, but early reports have been that they are willing to spend big money on a free agent.
