The wait is over, and for Brad Brownell and the Clemson Tigers (24-10), the “safe” feeling of being a tournament lock is going to be supplanted by the raw nerves of the bracket. Though the Tigers’ résumé is bulletproof, the answer won’t boil down to whether they’re in; it will boil down to how steep the mountain is to get to the second weekend.
