The Detroit Red Wings may just be getting healthy at the right time. On Monday morning, Red Wings captain Dylan Larkin was a full participant, skating atop the team’s first line prior to hosting the Ottawa Senators on Tuesday night. Following the skate, Red Wings head coach Todd McLellan told the media that Larkin would be a game time decision for tomorrow’s divisional contest.
“I’m confident that he’s improving," McLellan said. "He’s confident that he’s improving.”
Larkin suffered a lower-body injury on March 6 during a 3-1 loss to the Florida Panthers after taking an awkward fall that appeared to buckle his knee.
