Idrissa Gana Gueye explains why he has the belief Everton’s squad has the talent and spirit required to turn their form around in Wednesday’s official matchday programme for the visit of West Ham United.
The Senegalese midfielder, who is also the cover star of the edition, says: “I don’t want to talk or think about other teams. I’m concentrating on us, and how I and we as a team can improve.
“Of course, this season has not gone the way we wanted it to. We were happy in the summer and felt like we could fight for the top six.
