David Unsworth believes Everton’s battling point in their 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace shows his players “are giving me everything”.
The Blues twice came from behind at Selhurst Park as a Leighton Baines penalty and Oumar Niasse goal secured a hard-earned draw after James McArthur and Wilfried Zaha had netted for the Eagles in a frantic first half.
Everton’s show of spirit followed their 3-2 comeback victory over Watford in their previous Premier League match before the international break.
And after bagging a point in south London to move up to within three points of ninth place, Unsworth was full of praise for his side’s battling qualities and improved form.
