Georgia basketball needed a win desperately. After losing five of their last six games they were sitting firmly on the NCAA Tournament bubble, potentially on the outside looking in. And with a trip to Kentucky up next it was looking like Georgia was going to suffer yet another loss.
Georgia however showed up and took down Kentucky and their $22 million roster even after being predicted to lose by 7.5 points.

Since NIL began in college athletics people have assumed that the more money a team has the better they will be.
