EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The Illinois State swimming and diving team came out on top in a dual meet against Evansville Friday night, beating the Purple Aces 128-114.
Morgan Rosser led the way for the Redbirds, winning two individual events. Rosser finished first in both the 500- (5:18.86) and the 1000-yard freestyle (10:49.28).
Mary Katherine Tillotson added to the victory, earning a first place finish in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.16). Savannah Rubocki finished first in the 400-yard IM (4:35.12), while Karley Licking took first in the 200-yard backstroke (2:07.
