Mark Pope spent some time with the media following last night’s 86-78 loss to Georgia.
“We were not good defensively tonight,” Pope explained. “You know, in the second half they shoot 57% from the three-point line. They are the lowest assist per field goal made team in our league, and they were 20 and 7 tonight. That’s just a poor commentary on defensive effort.”
