Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed the goals he has for third baseman Max Muncy during the 2026 season.
Muncy hasn’t been able to stay off the injured list over the last two seasons, playing just 173 of the possible 324 games. He featured in 100 games in 2025, enduring two stints on the injured list in the latter half of the regular season.
“His body looks fantastic, he lost some weight, trimmed up, he’s moving really well, his swing is in a good spot, so I think for me the math was just to get him going playing games a little bit later given all that he’s gone through in the last couple of years and just do a gradual build up,” Roberts said.
