OXFORD, Miss./BATON ROUGE, La. – ULM track and field finished the first of three two-meet weekends with the Ole Miss Classic on Friday and the LSU Opener on Saturday.
In Oxford, Sydney Lake and Blake Stevens both placed fifth in the men's and women's hammer throw events, with Lake producing a 58.58m mark and Stevens landing at 58.10m.
On Saturday, five Warhawks placed first with Benedikt Schweizer (62.81m) in the men's hammer throw, Nathan Wade (7.65m) in the men's long jump, Lake (58.18m) in the women's hammer throw, Rebekka Flotho (4:36.
