The Bucks' shocking decision to waive Cam Thomas could spell disaster for his career prospects. Unfortunately for him, he fits perfectly into the mold of a player being pushed out of the league: small, inefficient guards who are defensive liabilities. This is Thomas' second time getting waived just this season, and he will be hard-pressed to find another NBA suitor any time soon.
The Bucks didn't have any further desire for Thomas
Thomas' dismissal is a clear message from the Bucks that his scoring potential does not make up for his other weaknesses. With his recent shooting woes, Thomas's lack of strong playmaking or impactful defense has limited his contributions.
