CHN Staff Report
Minnesota has reached to St. Cloud State again for its new head coach, officially naming Brett Larson today to replace the outgoing Bob Motzko.
Motzko came to Minnesota from St. Cloud State eight years ago, and when he did, Larson, who was an assistant with Minnesota Duluth at the time, got his first college head coaching job.
"It is a tremendous honor to lead this historic program, one that I have great respect for," Larson said. I have an incredible amount of respect for everyone who has played, coached, and built this program, and I am both humbled and energized to carry that torch forward.
