I think every Minnesota Timberwolves fan knows how valuable Jaden McDaniels is. Yet I don't think this is as well-known as it should be around the league. After winning the All-Star Game MVP, Anthony Edwards made sure that McDaniels got some love. When asked, one player that casual fans need to circle as the key to the Wolves winning a championship, without hesitation, Ant said McDaniels.
"My favorite player, Jaden McDaniels," Edwards said. "When y'all see Minnesota lock in on number 3. Don't watch number 5, watch number 3."
On numerous occasions, Edwards has referred to McDaniels as his favorite player in the league, and seeing him uplift his career teammate on a national stage was awesome.
