The Professional Fighters League’s first event of 2026 took place Saturday, with two titles on the line at PFL Dubai and other highlighted showcase fights to pave the way for a new-era. Led by new CEO John Martin and a fresh rankings system as it moves away from the season and tournament format, there were several fighters who set themselves up for quite a booking to follow.
Entering 2026, the narrative for the PFL has been that its vision and focus is to have the best fight the best, and the possibilities are less limited with the new format.
