Michael Page isn’t happy with his win over Sam Patterson.
Page took on former training partner Patterson in a welterweight matchup at UFC London on Saturday. The two Englishmen failed to impress the London crowd as the feeling-out process never seemed to end. Despite referee Rich Mitchell urging for more action, Page and Patterson just continued to occasionally touch each other from a distance. While Page earned a unanimous decision win in a bout filled with inactivity, London’s O2 Arena showered him with boos.
Page admits that it was a frustrating night at the office for him.
