Michael ‘Venom’ Page may have walked away with a win at UFC London, but he certainly didn’t make any new fans with his performance.
While fans were initially excited to see ‘Venom’ back in London, those cheers quickly turned to jeers as neither Page nor Patterson offered much in the way of offense through the first five minutes. It was more of the same in the second, with ‘MVP’ bouncing around in his typical side stance and not much else.
Page’s best moment came with 28 seconds left in the stanza when he caught Patterson coming in with a short right.
