Another day, another deal; Jets GM Darren Mougey has pulled off another trade that nobody saw coming. Expected to release QB Justin Fields at some point this offseason, Mougey was able to get a 2027 6th round draft choice for the failed signal caller.

Fields joined the Jets last offseason on a 2-year deal worth up to $40 million with $30 million of that guaranteed but after bombing in year one, he was bound to be moved on at some point this offseason.
