UT Martin Offensive Lineman Jai’Lun Hampton is transferring to NC State. He was already scheduled to take an Official Visit in March.
Hampton checks in at a massive 6-foot-9, 335 pounds, and brings experience at left tackle, starting every game for the Skyhawks this past season.
According to PFF, Hampton earned a 67.6 overall grade in 2025, which ranked as the 6th-best grade on UT Martin’s offense and the second-highest among offensive linemen. He earned OVC–Big South Second Team honors, tallying 70 knockdowns, while allowing just three sacks all season.
For a player of his size, that level of consistency at left tackle jumps off the page.
