Two prominent players from memorable 2018 Ohio State-Purdue clash sadly gone

Back in the 2018 season, the Ohio State football team arrived in West Lafayette as the second-ranked team in the country. The Buckeyes were undefeated and were hoping to keep their chances of playing for a national championship alive. Purdue was standing in their way.

Dwayne Haskins ended up setting the single-game passing record for the Ohio State Buckeyes in that game, but Purdue crushed Ohio State 49-20. It was a game that was never close, as the Boilermakers pulled a major upset in that game, much to the joy of Purdue fans.

Rondale Moore was the offensive catalyst in that game, catching 12 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns.
