Kitching broke her former school record in the 800 meters at the Husky Classic, running a time of 1:59.22 to win the event.
Saturday's performance marked the first time the Australian native ran sub-two minutes in her career.
Earlier this season, Kitching broke the 800m record and the 1,000-meter record, setting the NCAA record in the process.
