NFL insider revealed Eagles' plan D after stunning Trey Hendrickson news

The Philadelphia Eagles have been through the wringer at edge rusher, trying to get everyone they could, without any success.

Philly was reportedly in the conversation for Maxx Crosby in a trade, but he was sent to the Baltimore Ravens and is now back with the Las Vegas Raiders, where he could be traded again. After Crosby, the Eagles worked hard to re-sign Jaelan Phillips, but the Carolina Panthers outbid them and will be getting him.

The logical next step for the Eagles was to target Trey Hendrickson, but again, it's no longer an option, as the Ravens will be signing him to a new four-year, $112 million deal.
