The NFL is easily the most popular professional football league in America, but it’s not the only one. In just over a month, the United Football League will kick off its own season, and it will see several rule changes.
First and foremost, the tush push no longer exists in the UFL. But they also made two major changes. Field goals of at least 60 yards are now worth four points instead of three. Also, teams are no longer allowed to punt the opposing team’s half of the field.
The UFL has announced new rules for its upcoming spring season:
• Tush Push is banned
• 60+ yard FGs worth 4 points
• No punting from inside opposing territory pic.
