A bunch of former Seattle Seahawks are currently working in the NFL. The situation is a little different from that in the past decade-plus. For years, Seattle only needed two quarterbacks, really, Russell Wilson and Geno Smith. A backup was rarely needed to enter the game. That meant most of the quarterbacks on the roster were stuck on the team.
One who came and went a bit was Sean Mannion. He had three stints with the team, and as recently as 2023. He never played in a game and mostly spent time on the practice squad.
