The Seattle Seahawks may already have their replacement for safety Coby Bryant on the roster. Bryant signed with the Chicago Bears in free agency, and Ty Okada will likely take his spot. Free agent signee Rodney Thomas II will get a chance, too, of course, and what is certain is that he is happy to be part of Seattle's defense.
Thomas most recently played for the Indianapolis Colts, but he was relegated to a backup role after being a full-time starter in his first two seasons (2022 and 2023). The odd part was that Thomas didn't play horribly to lose his job.
