South Florida head men’s basketball coach Bryan Hodgson has reportedly turned down the head coaching job at Syracuse, The Field of 68’s Jeff Goodman first reported Tuesday evening.
Hodgson had been floated as a major candidate to fill the Orange’s opening after head coach Adrian Autry was fired on March 10 after three years.
In his first season at USF, Hodgson guided the Bulls to an American Conference regular-season and Tournament title with a 25-8 record.
